If you pop into the shop early enough some morning they are still warm out the oven paired with a cup of coffee how can you go wrong!

10.01.2022 WARNING! SORRY, LONG POST AHEAD WOW, what a day. It's a weird feeling after so many years to say that was the last day of trade I will be owner of Sprouts for. A shout out to my staff, Jenny, you have been there from almost the day we opened. You are truly the most beautiful person I know. You have a heart of gold and have been through so much with me. You will always be family to me. Renae, you are talent on legs You are such an amazing person and one day you will realise... this and the world will be yours to take. Believe in what you can do because you are awesome. Nat, you have been the jigsaw piece that we were missing. Easy going, calming and just a fabulous person to work with. You rock the coffee machine and will forever be a smoothie sister to me. Soula, I like you you are such a resilient person. You make me laugh and I'm so grateful for that day we had no staff and you came in to help out and put ice-cream in all our smoothies not knowing there was frozen yoghurt in the freezer for them I'm so lucky to be able to say that some staff have come and gone, but some will remain family forever. I love you guys So, I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone that has walked through our door in the last 10 years. Thank you for the love, messages and gifts, they are truly unexpected and I'm super proud to have made so many friendships. It has been a privilege to have been a part of the most amazing community I have ever lived in I look forward to bumping into you all at some stage, hopefully at Sprouts, and we can enjoy a coffee together.
