14.01.2022 I’ve found this year many people are taking action and tuning in to what is best for them in their own body.. One size does not fit all we are each unique and individuals.. When we slow down and listen our body is speaking to us in subtle ways - if we choose not to listen it gets louder and louder.. thus we see so much dis-ease....
