25.01.2022 Omg I love what I do..... this is what my client said recently. Still doubt Spruce ups? This was a house in Darlington. We opened on Sunday the 28th May, had 14 groups through and one came back on Thursday with her partner, offer in and accepted on Saturday and all future home opens were cancelled. I was prepared for a long wait as per last effort and everyone saying the market was very slow but we got the right people at the right time. ... Hence the chaos here at the moment. It is subject to the finance approval so we hold our breath for a few weeks. We had our valuation last week and building inspection and pest inspection this week. All a bit mad here and going to get worse I'm afraid. Wanted to thank you very much for all your help with presenting the house, which obviously played a big part in getting people here. Leigh and Jeff.
