25.01.2022 Big shout out to my client Tyler who has just finished my 6 Week Shred Program. We worked closely over these last 6 weeks working towards a common goal of getting Tyler shredded heading into Summer. After our initial consultation I sat down and put together a custom meal plan for Tyler to follow with exact macros and meals all laid out for him. 06.01.2022 I often get told you need to rest more. Or you need to take it easy and slow down. No disrespect to anyone. I am writing this post coming from a place of love but I don’t see it that way. Do you really think the top 1% of this world are focused on resting and taking it easy. Why not aim every single day to be the best version of yourself? Why not aim to have high standards? And I don’t believe you get there by aiming to take it easy in life. Sure rest is important bu...t I mentioned in a podcast I did a while back that we rest at night when we are sleeping yeah? Like isn’t that enough rest? I’m not even joking. Aren’t we resting enough then? Aside from that rest THE MOMENT you wake up until the moment you go to sleep for me is GO time. Now, this post might not be for everyone and that’s ok. I’m talking to the elite. That top tier of people who want MORE out of their lives. Who refuse to just exist and die. Who stand for something and want to be remembered for giving it their all in life. In my opinion you can ALWAYS do more, you can always outwork the previous version of yourself. You can always demand more of yourself. Working hard in life is the answer, it’s the only way you continue to move forward especially in the times we are in right now. Read more books, listen to more podcasts, exercise, move, eat healthy, pivot your business so you can make money online there are so many positive things you can be doing right now . We only get one life and I’d rather die than be average living for what’s up next on Netflix, video games, working a 9-5 job that I hate, eating shit food laying around like a slob on the couch. That to me is pure misery there’s so much more to life than that. By all means if that what makes you HAPPY nothing but love and respect to you . If you’re truly happy then that is great. But if you want more from life. You want to be the best version of YOU then you need to do more than the average person day in and day out. This post isn’t to put anyone down.
