25.01.2022 Friday- The value of networking and building relationships: One of my contacts referred SQ solutions to their customer, a Leisure Centre in Sydney to discuss the value of upgrading to a business phone system, to which I am most grateful- thank you. 20.01.2022 Thursday: A new customer ordered a full set of CMYK toners & drums for their five year old MFP.... SQ Solutions delivered a brand new Lexmark business grade A4 Colour MFP instead!! 18.01.2022 Wednesday- Alexandria: Late evening install. Covid is everywhere, so are new opportunities! You just have to keep your eyes open and be fearless. Two days ago, I stopped at this mechanical workshop to have my tyre repaired. I noticed their A4 mono MFP and their ten year old phone system looking very tired. I introduced myself and started a conversation with the owner. This soon turned into a full detailed consultation meeting. The owner's request: can we install late evening? Yes we can. Three days ago, I dropped into one of my Customer's office to say Hi, the Director stormed out of his office and took me to the business next door, an Accountant's Office. I stood there silently and watched him sell a phone system for me!!! Here we are today installing a brand new Ericsson-LG Ipecs PABX system with handsets and cordless complete with custom settings and features. 17.01.2022 Wednesday- Ingleburn : The Receptionist at this reputable Tax Accountant's Office has been pushing the Director for an upgrade to a proper Phone system. She requested us to present a case to the Director and convince her. In addition, one of the classrooms is also upgraded with Logitech Stereo Speakers for each desktop PC. 12.01.2022 Thursday- This great Educational Tuition Centre in Sydney's North West just came off a 5 year contract on an out of date A3 LED Multifunction. After a detailed understanding of their business and printing/scanning nature, we presented the brand new Lexmark business grade XC4240 A4 Colour MFP. This machine is packed with the latest technology, applications, fast response, performance, superior print quality, 4 years on-site warranty and loads of other values.... also saving them $$$ on running costs compared to their old LED MFP. The Customer's comments: "Wow, this is generations ahead of what I had." We listen to the Customer and find the best product for their needs, plus adding value on top. 09.01.2022 Wednesday: This Lawyer's office in Parramatta had a very specific requirement, must be super compact, A4 desktop colour MFP, but must have a powerful document scanner. This little beast has a single pass double sided scan document feeder that scans 90 sides per minute!! Before we even discussed costings, the customer wanted to go ahead! 06.01.2022 Monday- another customer referral: One of our recent Customers referred us to this Recruitment Agent's Office in North Sydney. After understanding the nature of their business, we proposed a customised system perfectly configured only for them. Today, we installed a new Ericsson-LG IPECS PABX system, handsets, Gigaset cordless and a new 27" slimline ACER IPS Monitor Display. Some of the Directors were reluctant to change... " its not broken, don't fix it...." After a detailed presentation and consultation, they realised the value we were adding to their business. 02.01.2022 Thursday- The value of observing and listening: This Distribution Centre in Sydney's West acquired multiple quotes for a custom configured phone system. The customer began our meeting by showing us the competitor quotes and asked if we can beat the best quote!! We politely said we are not interested in seeing the quotations, we are interested in how their business operates, what is their desired setup, and what challenges they currently have with the current system. This now ...lead to a 3 hour detailed conversation with a complete site inspection, meeting the whole team and having an in depth discussion about every aspect of the business operation. We then presented a complete custom configured solution with the Ericsson-LG PABX system with handsets + Plantronics headsets and Panasonic cordless placed throughout the whole site increasing convenience and productivity. We introduced loads of other applications and settings they were not aware of. We also noticed an old A4 MFP, and replaced it with a latest model Lexmark A4 Colour Laser MFP.
