21.01.2022 "Flushable wipes" the packet might say "Flushable" but we highly recommend that you don't. If it isn't toilet paper it should be going in the bin.

17.01.2022 If you need to turn your water off at the meter or if Sydney Water has shut down the main to your property, make sure you open a garden tap closest to the meter. This will allow any debris sucked through the lines when the water is turned back on to be flushed from the lines and not get caught in all of your taps, toilets and showers.

15.01.2022 Are you protected against flooding as a result of a burst hot water heater? Today we replaced a burst hot water service in a unit that caused water damage to over 50% of the floors and carpets. On the new hot water service we have installed a safe waste tray and Mildred safety valve that will shut down the water to the heater in the event of the heater bursting.
