The role entails: Organisation of labour and equipment to meet the program. Providing technical advice/direction with the crew members. Liaise with the client’s representative to resolve technical, commercial and scheduling issues. Review and approve subcontract and supplier invoices and claims. Establish and maintain a positive and productive client relationship to assist in project delivery and maximise the opportunity of repeat business. What you’ll need: Experience delivering civil construction project (water, sewer, irrigation are ideal but not a must). 3-5+ Years’ industry experience. Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Strong leadership ability. Appropriate level of industry related Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) training and experience. Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills. Work with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrate sound judgement, appropriate to the position.
