Not all of the information is available now, but some good news is; The scheme will work along existing state and territory first-home owner grants programs, stamp duty concessions and other grant schemes, including the federal government’s first-home loan deposit scheme and first-home super saver scheme.... 05.01.2022 ME Bank apologises. If you were an ME Bank customer, last week the bank may have taken your advance repayments (also known as a redraw facility) and applied it against your loan. Without your permission, without forewarning, and you no longer have access to those funds. Their explanation/apology is below, but if you're (understandably) still unhappy with being treated this way, then let's discuss moving you somewhere else.

05.01.2022 If your income is impacted by COVID19 and you require a repayment pause on your mortgage, personal loan, car finance or other credit facility. The good news is that your credit file will not be negatively impacted by the arrangement. This is only if you were up to date on your repayments prior to the arrangement. This information confirmed by the Australian Banking Association. If you do need to make an arrangement, there are other pro's and con's you should take into consideration.
