24.01.2022 Jim Ridley is now retired! Jim has worked alongside Scott since day one, building up SRH to what the business is today. Jim’s guidance and encouragement has helped many co-workers, farmers and milk suppliers thrive in a very competitive environment, and we've been so fortunate to have his expertise to rely on.... Over the past 24 years Jim has been ‘Logistics Manager’ but he can do EVERYTHING From driving trucks to fixing them, calibrating tankers and all other jobs in between. No job was ever too big or too difficult; Jim always made it happen! We truly appreciate all of his effort and dedication to SRH. He will be missed greatly! From all SRH staff, we hope you enjoy every minute of your well-earned retirement Jim! Here’s hoping you will spend more time fishing than at the Co-op buying what you could’ve caught!

We have a fleet of 63 Prime movers and 120+ Tankers.... About the Role We are seeking trade qualified Fabricator who enjoys working to a high standard while meeting deadlines. Our work varies with each job, so you must enjoy a challenge and the satisfaction working in a team environment. The position will be based out of our Rutherford, NSW workshop. Responsibilities include: Demonstrated experience in metal fabrication / welding, preferably in a repair environment Welding Stainless Steel to Food Grade requirements Tanker Repairs Working to meet turnaround timeframes and liaising with the team on job completion Ordering and booking out repairs in system Maintaining a safe and clean production work environment Skills & Requirements Experience as a Boilermaker/Welder Experience with HFB Press Brake / Laser Cutting Machine Excellent attention to detail Able to think through problems and resolve issues independently Current drivers licence (HR/MC Beneficial) Benefits & Perks Full Time Permanent Position Competitive Hourly rate Overtime is available.
