10.01.2022 Absolutely fantastic scenes at the opening of the new Lane Cove Olympic Pool! Today I joined Pam Palmer Lane Cove Mayor and Ian Thorpe to talk about how ...important the pool is for the community! Armed with support from the local community I was able to secure $2 million from the federal government to help Lane Cove Council rebuild the pool and the results speak for themselves! Check it out!

08.01.2022 Update: 50m pool at the aqua centre While we are all experiencing difficult and unprecedented times, one positive is that this project has been able to move for...ward. Staff have worked over the past week to ensure the pool was drained so that contractors could begin work. The surrounding pavers have been removed and starting platforms demolished. Work will continue on extending the bulk heads at both ends of the pool as well as the overflow gutters. This will make the pool will be significantly safer, better functioning and longer lasting when it reopens.
