22.01.2022 Imagine what you could achieve! 16kgs down and a ball of energy Its not the weight you lose its the confidence you gain. Before I was in a dark place going through depression after losing my 1st child. I gained an extra 10kgs on top of my baby weight. I loathed what I saw in the mirror. ... First pic was when I started my Nutrition program on my first challenge. The support from the team was uplifting to know I didn't have to do it by myself. Then the challenge helped me feel accountable and stay on track. Only 5-6 months later I dropped 16kgs was feeling stronger and felt like there was a life worth living. All because I fed my body the nutrients it needed to feel good. So happy I took a chance on it and now we are expecting a baby girl. Forever grateful x
