23.01.2022 Despite the SSAA NSW possibly allowing limited opening of shooting Ranges in the near future, Windamere ranges will remain closed until Crown Lands also gives approval.

22.01.2022 To all concerned that we will have to close the Windamere Regional Shooting Complex to ALL users groups due to the COVID-19 novel Virus. This is to take affect immediately and the reopening will occur once the NSW Government has given the all clear. If anyone needs to attend the range please contact Craig or Myself prior to attending the range. The Meeting which was to be held on the 7 April 2020 is also cancelled. Mudgee Ranges at any S.S.A.A. event, must be vetted through the SSAA Mudgee and District Branch Publicity Officer on [email protected] , as a second set of eyes to make sure we are not in breach of any conditions or part thereof, before use on any social media . Therefore, safeguarding our sport.

20.01.2022 Hi all, Please note, that even though SSAA Ranges are allowed to open at the Clubs discretion, Mudgee and District Branch ranges are on Crown Lands and they have yet to give approval to open. We will let you know as soon as things change!

02.01.2022 All, Please be advised! At last night’s committee meeting (20.08.2020), it was decided that the ranges under the control of SSAA Mudgee and District Branch Inc. at the Windamere Regional Shooting Complex. Will be CLOSED to all that do NOT reside in the Mid-Western Regional Council area. To be implemented immediately! This will be a hard border with NO exceptions.... The Committee of the Mudgee Branch of the SSAA regret any inconvenience that this may cause, but it has been implemented due to the receipt of the latest letter written by the NSW Chief Medical Officer from the Office of Sport (received 19.08.2020).
