20.01.2022 Hi Everyone, this is me Shelly from Medan, North Sumatra Indonesia. I have been in Australia since 2004, lived in Melbourne for a few years then now in Perth since 2010. My last job were at the nursing home for 9 years and hotel for 6 months before i started my cleaning business. I love what i am doing. It is not just cleaning a house but its more than that. I am able to give an opportunity to others who needs a job. I also feeling like helping eachother that someone could no...t do the cleaning in general. I listened to my client's needs. Its not easy when you have to work full time, looking after children etc and come home do the house clean. Mind you, i have a 2 yr old son and a small house. But i always keeps it clean and my boy is the one relief my tiredness after a busy day. So I understand that everyone needs are different. Therefore i would love to help as much as i could to reduce the heavy duties at home. So you can do other things with the loved ones. My services are Regular Clean, Vacate clean, Spring Clean, Rental Inspection Clean, Window Clean, Carpet Clean, Oven Clean. I dont charge an hourly rate however this is a package/job service clean. All my cleaners have An ABN, A Police Clearance, Wear a Uniform, Drive Own Car, and Bring Own Products and Cleaning Gear. However we can discuss what can or can not do. I have An ABN, Police Clearance and Liability Insurance. I take seriously with my business, Trustworthy, Realible, Flexible with time, Great Communication, On Time etc. All my cleaners are females and one carpet guy whos been working with me since day one. I have been cleaning many houses for realtors surroundings. I cant avoid any work when someone needed my help. I always try my best to take it and try allocate the jobs with my team. I would do my best to make my clients happy with my cleaning service but ofcourse i could not always make everyone happy. I am still Human not perfect . Once again i love what i am doing.
