Fruit, vegetables, boiled eggs, nuts dried fruit or a slice of cheese... maybe a home made egg muffin? Better for you and certainly better for the environment. Why not splurge on some yellow capsicum high in fibre and vitamin C and absolutely fresh and delicious!

As regards the Doctors, phone or Skype consults are available to those in self isolation and to high risk groups such as the over 80’s. We have received this update from the manufacturer about this recent chan...ge: "Whilst there has been no change in the formulation of Messy Monkeys Rice Puff Bars (Vanilla, Chocolate & Berry) significant increase in manufacturing volumes in our bar facility has caused difficulties in being able to confidently source certified gluten free raw materials for all our product ranges. To ensure the safety of our consumers, we have preemptively introduced a precautionary allergen statement May Contain: Gluten-Containing Cereals on pack to communicate this change in our manufacturing facility with the public."
