Yolanda can vouch for our vegetarian and vegan menu items after being a vegetarian herself and if you ask her nicely she may have a few recommendations for you too! Come in and let Yolanda pour you a beer with a smile at Holland Park this week!

17.01.2022 Attention craft beer fanatics Mark from Newstead Brewing Co. will be over at Holland Park this Friday taking over 4 of our taps with the Humulus Olfactory Project. It’s four beers containing four hops from four of the world’s biggest hop growing regions. What are the flavours you ask? Well, that’s a secret for now. Come along on Friday afternoon to try a sample, meet the man behind your fave beers and try your luck at guessing the secret ingredients (yes they’ll be an epic prize for the winner). Book to avoid disappointment!

Head Chef Marty has been cooking up a brand spanking new menu aimed to please the sharers, the foodies, the sleep deprived adults & most importantly the kids! Featuring the likes of fresh market swordfish, Moreton Bay bug bao buns, artichoke bites & black angus flank steak, we think your bellies are going to be happy! Never fear some fan favourites are staying with the addition of new burger & taco options plus an array of plated dishes! Unfortunately Chef Marty cannot be cloned so we will be launching this exciting new menu at Holland Park first with Chapel Hill to follow two weeks later.

07.01.2022 Some people just have what it takes, and Mandy is one of them! Our 'Ring Master' of sorts across both venues, Mandy is often the smiling face who serves you when you come in but there is a lot more that she does behind the scenes at SS. Mandy is often busy selecting and creating drinks, making sure our social media is looking tip-top, training our staff and generally making sure that you have an awesome experience whether you visit Chapel Hill or Holland Park. She's just graduated Events Management & Tourism at Uni and has some big ideas for 2021 to bring back the fun! *Mandy wanted to add with urgency that she did not write todays caption!!
