24.01.2022 We had a great Lunar New Year celebration at The Kogarah Storehouse. More than 200 people attended this fabulous event organised by Linkers Kathy, Isabel, Simeon and team leader Najla, manager at the Kogarah Storehouse Lala Noronha and Multicultural Community Coordinator at Disability Services Australia Clara Clara Kelleher. This was a great opportunity for local people, especially people with disabilities, families and carers from CALD backgrounds to be part of a communi...ty celebration, enjoying performances and traditional food. This event wouldnt have been possible without the support of Disability Services Australia and The Kogarah Storehouse, our guest speaker Chris Minns MP, Hurstville Police and the Chinese Australian Services Society. A true community celebration! Check out the video that Linker Simeon created on the day! See more
