21.01.2022 Challenge time lest see who can push them self. Death by squats. you have 30 second intervals first interval 1 squat 2 interval 2 squats and so on until you cant beat your pervious number within the 30 seconds. the only rest you get is the time left out of the 30 seconds. okay go
