14.01.2022 Another amazing Friday night in Ipswich. 1) The Sunset Markets I had the best Nachos yet thanks to the culinary master of The Three (Amigo) Chefs. 2) Was enthralled by the evokative artwork of Greta Waring at The Swich Contemporary Art Space! And was home in time to catch the last half of Stornami victory over the Sea Eagles!

13.01.2022 {REVIEW} of produce from The Sunset Markets this week comes in the form of a recipe for Sunset Slaw! Using ergonomic tuppaware food processor Roughly chop 1/4 sugarloaf cabbage 1 orange carrot 1 purple carrot 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic, juice of one lemon, basil infused olive oil, and mixed herbs and greens grown from market seedlings. Serve with blanched broccolini also from market seedlings and @The Mad Butcher Chicken Schnitzel... now that's what I'm talking about! Ssssh Secret Squirrel!

07.01.2022 Gourmet Swich... ssssh don't tell anyone. Tonight's delicious masterpiece was a lamb curry, from boneless lamb roast leftovers, flavoured with Afrika curry paste, silverbeet, purple and orange carrot, broccoli and spiced up with Ananas Achar pineapple pickle and Stanthorpe cayenne lava chilli sauce! All from The Sunset Markets and Urban Pantry. It's a secret ok!

07.01.2022 Market find of the week at The Sunset Markets last night... a ready to flower triple pup bromeliad! How much would you expect to pay for this? I've seen a single pup for $15... this little beauty was $6 from my favourite garden stallholder Pauline!

01.01.2022 Food Find of the week... this divine marinated fetta from Urban Pantry goes perfectly on sourdough cob bought at The Sunset Markets - it was a superb accompaniment to my home made pumpkin soup for lunch. That's the way Aha Aha I like it!
