22.01.2022 Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well and coping as best you can during this very crazy and unpredictable time. As you are all aware, the effects of the COVID-19... outbreak has been wreaking havoc on businesses and unfortunately we are no exception. The recently imposed travel bans, ever changing guidelines to businesses, and the isolation requirements means we have taken a severe hit, and the number of pets in our care are very minimal. As such we cannot continue to support our current trading hours. Unfortunately we have found it necessary to reduce our office opening hours. Effective as of Thursday 19th March 2020 we will be reducing our office trading hours. Our office will be open for all drop-offs and pick-ups between 11.00am and 2.00pm 7 days a week (closed public holidays). These times will be in force until travel bans have been lifted and our business is in a position to go back to our regular trading hours. With the current circumstances surrounding this virus outbreak and and its unpredictable future we ask that these opening hours are strictly adhered to as we will not be trading outside these hours. If you currently have a booking over Easter but need to cancel (or amend) because of travel restrictions rest assured that we will be providing full refunds of deposits paid. If you are cancelling we would appreciate as much notice as possible to give us the opportunity to pass the space on to someone else. This is a very tough time for all of us and hope this Corona virus comes to an speedy end. Thank you all for your continued support and please feel free to call our office on 9747 1777 if you have any queries. From everyone at It’s A Dogs Life please look after yourselves and stay safe. Kind Regards IADL Team.
