21.01.2022 While we were unable to formally gather in our usual ANZAC Service this year, the St Andrews College community continue to pay tribute to those that paid the ultimate sacrifice in all theatres of war. Today, our students were presented with a video to guide them through our reflection of the ANZAC legend during and after the fateful days in Gallipoli. We listen to stories of pain, suffering and enduring heartache as told by ANZAC survivors. We have a moment of silence, hear... the last post sounded, pray and sing our National Anthem. We do all of this to express our gratitude to those who sacrificed their lives for the freedoms we have today. Here is our very own Mr Brian Zammit sounding the Last Post and Reveille as part of our tribute.

03.01.2022 On Friday 13 March, the Australian Government announced new advice as part of its response to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus). The new advice is that 'non-...essential events' with more than 500 people should not take place and to avoid overseas travel overseas unless it is essential. The health and safety of our community is our priority. With this in mind, and consistent with today's advice, Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta schools will avoid gatherings of students and staff such as whole school assemblies. Wherever possible, technology options for communication and collaboration should be utilised and schools should reconsider 'non-essential' school activities involving more than 500 students. Well keep you updated about what this means for specific events and activities at a school level as time goes on. Detailed information about COVID-19 is also available on the CEDP website. Thank you for your continued support as we work together in response to this important issue.
