23.01.2022 Apologies to anyone who came to shop on Saturday to find t closed. Member of staff simply did not turn up and failed to let me know. Had I been notified I would have come in as usual. Very very sorry

23.01.2022 Just read that Pets at Home has issued a product recall on four of its own range foods after pets suddenly collapsed and experienced fitting after being fed ths range. Products are AVA Mature cat, AVA Senior cat chicken, and AVA Neutered cat. Pets at Home advise any one who purchased to dispose of contents an return packaging for a full refund/

22.01.2022 Sorry but will be closing at 1630 today as I have to go to dentist to repair a broken tooth.....must be all this gnashing of teeth over past couple months frustration.

21.01.2022 Great to see the building site fenced off. Hopefully this will help customers realise I am here. Sadly had so many say they didn't come to shop as they only saw a building site. Hopefully I haven't lost them for good.

21.01.2022 Friends, I write this post with a huge sense of depression. prior to moving premises this business was running at a loss. The move should have improved matters but sadly, trade has declined even more, resulting in a loss of 18 k in first three months. Clearly this is not sustainable, so after meeting with accountants, we reached the painful decision to close this business as it is not viable. i would like to thank those customers and friends who did buy local and support me. There simply was not enough of you. I still believe St. Andrews needs a pet shop, but this particular one is now bankrupt. please please support the few remai i g shops by buying local, or there will come a point where there are no shops left.

18.01.2022 Lots of customers told me they didn't come as when they looked up pend they saw a building site. Last week that was fenced off, but today this is at front door.
