24.01.2022 So it seems that the only thing we can offer in Step 2 at the moment is Partner PT in the Park! These can be strength, HIIT or yoga if you wish - thankfully the weather is picking up so this is going to be an awesome option! Find a friend and lets do this team - your support is most appreciated given it looks like the gym will not reopen until November 2020 (yes Im annoyed too!) Step 3 will be outdoor groups of 10 and then into the gym in November with restrictions so its... going to be a long haul team. In order for me to be able to reopen I need your support now more than ever. We are still offering our online classes 4 times per week but if online is not your thing the Partner PT is the right option for you! Thanks guys!

21.01.2022 What an amazing swap - Im defs giving these a crack!

21.01.2022 Woohoo more room to play with! Our density reduces to 1 person per 4 square metres as of tonight - all stations in main gym now open and more spaces in group fitness room! We are still required to supervise the gym at all times when it’s open so no fob access just yet!... We have added a 5:30pm weights room session on Monday and Wednesday night so there’s now 2 time slots for weights on those 2 nights Body Bar - I’m hoping to get hold of a couple more sets of equipment but we will trial a couple of spots where people can use alternative equipment (dumbbells and kettlebells) so book early if you want a barbell! Keep cleaning guys and keeping our distance - I would also love it if you could refer a friend to get our numbers up! Thanks team happy training!

After Dans announcement today of Regional Vic moving to Step 3 we can do outdoor classes with up to 10 people (yayyyy) So I have added 3 classes this week for you! Same as last round we will run up at the hockey field and now is the time to show your support! If you havent kept your membership during lockdown now is the time to restart and get these classes going again - the weather is awesome and it is nice and secluded up at the hocke...y field, theres never anybody about so theres that excuse gone!
