21.01.2022 The results of the entries for the 2020 Photo Exhibition has been overwhelming with more than 100 photos sent in to the school's Office. A short movie trailer has been created to show some of the photos that have been received. The photos have been framed and are displayed in the corridor leading to the Principal's Office. A video presentation of all the photos will be shown to the students at the end of this term. Again, thanks to all the photographers for their amazing work!!

We also received a Torres Strait Islander flag which we look forward to flying alongside our existing flags once we have a new flagpole.

08.01.2022 13 Sept 2020 COVID-19: Katoomba Sports & Aquatic Centre / My School Lunchbox Update: Dear Parents and Carers, ... NSW Health has advised that a person who visited the Katoomba Sports & Aquatic Centre between 11.30am and 1.30pm on Friday, 4 September tested positively to COVID-19. on Friday 11 September. Anyone who visited Katoomba Sports & Aquatic Centre between 11.30am and 1.30pm on Friday, 4 September should continue to monitor for symptoms of COVID-19. A deep clean of the centre was completed on 13 September and the centre has reopened. If you believe that you or others you have been in close contact with may have been exposed or feel unwell, we ask that you follow NSW Health guidelines and have a COVID-19 test. My School Lunch Box: Earlier today, My School Lunch Box, a company located in the Blue Mountains that provides lunches to St Canice’s, posted a message on its Facebook page to say that, as a precaution, it is suspending its ordering for the next two weeks due to a confirmed case or COVID-19 at the school attended by a child of the company’s owner. The Facebook message states that the family is not a close contact of this case but, in the interest of food safety, it will be suspending orders until Term 4. The expectation is that the service will resume on 12 October.
