14.01.2022 Tips to Safeguard yourself! The Chinese now understand this Virus after all the autopsy that has been carried out. The CoronaVirus blocks the airways, here are some tips that came from a Dr. to help safeguard yourself by keeping the airways open and unblocked.... 1) Drink lots of WARM water, coffee, teas, warm lemon drinks and soups. Sip on warm water every 20 mins to keep the throat wet and moist, this will flush any virus 2) Gaggle warm antiseptic water once or twice a day using vinegar, salt, lemon or if you have Kangan Water Machine use the acid water. 3)The Virus attaches to hair and clothes, any detergents or soap kills it. When you come home avoid sitting down or touching anything without gloves on. You MUST take a shower as soon as you are home and put your clothes into the washing machine or hang them in direct sunlight if you can't wash clothes daily. 4) Wash metallic surfaces very carefully and the virus can remain viable on the surfaces for up to 9 days. Take note and be vigilant about touching handrails, doorknobs, shopping trolleys. Have antiseptic wipes with you and gloves. In your own house wipe them down regularly. 5) DONT SMOKE!!!!! 6) Wash your hand every 20 mins using any soap that FOAMS, wash them thoroughly for 20 seconds. 7) Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, increase your Zinc not just your Vitamin C. Animals do not spread the virus t0 people it is person to person. 9) Avoid getting the common cold as this weakens the immune system, Avoid drinking any cold things, best not to add any ice to your drinks at all. 10) If you feel any discomfort in your throat at all start attacking it with these methods as the virus sits in the trough for 3 or 4 days and you wont to make sure it doesn't get to the lungs. Good Luck yo you all on protecting yourselves! Prevention is the best protection. I am using all of this advice while I am here in Isolation and it will be a permanent lifestyle change, its best to safeguard yourself, no need to panic just change the way you have been doing things. P.S. Print this out and place where your household can read it. Everyone in the household needs to follow the hygiene requirements as most people are catching the virus when someone comes back into the home.
