23.01.2022 This week we begin a new sermon series through the Old Testament book of Ruth. We begin by entering someone's experience of pain, isolation and disappointment, and wonder 'how could God bring anything good out of this situation?'. The sufferer is Naomi who nicknames herself 'Bitter' and says her life has been so turned upside down, she feels completely 'empty'. (I wonder if you're in that space too?). Along with Naomi comes her daughter-in-law, Ruth, who also experiences pain and tragedy - but there's hope. Come along on the journey to see and hear what happens.
