13.01.2022 UPDATE in regards to the child’s Christmas package delivered to wrong person on Friday, during the blackout. The package was picked up by close relative of the child, she had did showed her ID having same sir name. This is confirmed by the receiver/sender. Thankfully the package is tracked and the lovely child’s Christmas is not ruined! that's what we want! Kindly dont blame postoffice for being irresponsible without verifying the situation. We all spent 3 days in extreme wor...ry and depression thinking that a child’s Christmas presents have been given to wrong person. We faced criticism from everyone that we are not doing our job properly, and it was extremely stressful for all of us, including our families. We did offered compensation to fix the lose, thinking that the parcel is delivered to wrong person, but today the relative herself called and confirmed that the packages has been picked up by her. We are new and very small business, working hard to serve this amazing, lovely community, kindly help us in this effort! during the busy Christmas season, we need your support so that we can fulfill the requirement of community with grace.
