12.01.2022 Hey all. I managed to get a few moments to record a reflection on this Easter week on today's (Tuesday April 7th) Gospel reading: John 15:1-16:1. A great passage covering much of our faith and relationship with Jesus. Jesus knows how much this sucks for us, but it is worse for so many others. God came down to live among us, and He experienced pain, loneliness, grief, sadness and death. He died to make a way for us.... We come into Passover this week, which has so much symbolism to the Gospel. Peace, later.

04.01.2022 Hey peeps. Weve gotten through Jesus pain and death on Friday. We moved through Jesus descent into hell on Saturday. But now, Jesus has been raised from the dead. He has defeated death by death. Easter reminds us that we have a loving a God who became human, lived a life like us, suffered and experienced the ups and downs of life, and defeated the powers of sin, evil and death for each of us.... We can follow Jesus confidently, for the Bible says: Romans 8:11 (NLT) The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. We have power inside us to live confidentially knowing Jesus is always with us. Choose life! Christ is risen, hallelujah!
