23.01.2022 So guess what? We can now accept credit card payments! Hurrah! It makes your transactions at the preschool so much easier - you dont have to scrounge for spare change any longer! The only catch is that theres a 1.9% fee on transactions, so its great for small transactions. For instance, our logo printing is $8+fee = $8.15 in total. And you didnt even have to dive down the back of your couch looking for change. Too easy

Works in conjunction with the preschool administrator Member of the Committee Executi...ve team Weekly/fortnightly payment reviews and approvals Budget management in conjunction with Exec team Drive the annual financial review and AGM preparations Attend and report at Committee meetings You dont do this role alone! Each role of on the Committee is supported by the other volunteer members and also the preschool administrator. If you have some experience in this area / youre interested, we want to hear from you! Weve had an opportunity arise with an experienced preschool photographer - which just happens to be Mon/Tue/Wed of next week!!!! We have booked it in, if we dont do it now, we may not be able to this year. Well sort some more details about and send to you via this page and text message. Keep an eye out

15.01.2022 Face coverings come into action Monday; this is what to expect at St Margarets. Educators will wear face coverings at drop off/pick up but are exempt from wearing while face-to-face with the children Parents/carers are required to adhere to the rules wearing face coverings (excluding exemptions) and continuing social distancing Children under 12 arent required to wear face coverings... Also, with todays announcement of stage 3 restrictions, we will continue to be open and operating as normal during that time. Were looking forward to another exciting week at preschool, full of learning and laughter.

Our Banjos fundraiser is up and running - sorry but youll have to wait a short time for your pie $19.95 for each pack of 12: Party pies Sausage rolls... Savoury rolls Mini quiches Pizza slices $3 from every pack sold comes to the preschool. Orders due by 17 July. Pick up 24 July. The order form was sent home in the last week of school. If you need another one, let us know. You can still order from us even if youre not a part of the preschool! Every cent helps us maintain and improve our community-run preschool.

If there are any signs off illness in your family, no matter how mild, please DO NOT send your little one to preschool. Sniffles, temperature, cough, sore throat, flu-like symptoms etc, please keep them home until it passes. If youre not sure whether to send your child, please contact the preschool and a teacher can talk you through it. Were looking forward to term 3, whatever it may bring!
