Support Worker Mariah Cornick works with Kathy on making healthy eating choices and independent living skills. Today, Kathy looked through her pantry and fridge for ingredients she already had. Together, Kathy and Mariah developed a recipe and went shopping with a list. They bought what was needed and Kathy went home a cooked a delicious, healthy meal.
