24.01.2022 A huge congratulations to Year 6 student, Lauren Patterson who was part of the Met East Cricket team, which competed at the QLD School Sport State Cricket Championships early in the week. Met East were crowned champions for the first time in 100 years and Lauren was chosen to be the batter and wicket keeper for the QLD team! Congratulations Lauren! What an exceptional achievement!

20.01.2022 Our Year 1 students have been learning about Baptism. Today, each of the Year 1 classes visited the Church and Fr Eric spoke to them about all the special things used in Baptism. Thank you Fr Eric for making our learning so much fun.



18.01.2022 Congratulations to Year 6 student Milly Small who competed at the Queensland State Diving Championships over the weekend. Milly competed in both dryland and pool events and was crowned overall Queensland Champion. This is an exceptional achievement, considering Milly only took up the sport 18 months ago. We are extremely proud of Milly and look forward to watching your journey unfold.

12.01.2022 Everybody has had a fabulous day today at our very first Colour Run! Thank you St Ollie’s P&F for organising this great event! Students are still able to fundraise until this Friday 11 September, and they are able to order prizes on the School Colour Run portal from today until next Tuesday 15 September.

10.01.2022 Next week is Book Week! Our Library has been transformed into a Book Fair and all students will have the opportunity to browse through the fair and create a wish list to take home. As parents are unable to visit the Book Fair in person, but we do have a Virtual Book Fair that books where books can be purchased online. www.thebookwarehouse.com.au... 10.01.2022 REMINDER TO PARENTS: As of today, access to the school from Beauvardia Street will be restricted to the gate at the corner of Beauvardia Street and Molloy Road. Students will not be able to enter or exit, through the main gates near the old Admin building. These gates will remain closed until the completion of the new admin building.
