24.01.2022 This year has been a tough one to navigate; so many ups and downs. We still can, however, take the time to thank the special men in our lives who provide for, protect, nurture and educate our children. Thank you to all of those men who are fathers or a father figure to our special little peopole. Happy Father's Day.

23.01.2022 An absolutely superb day for whale watching on board the Quick Cat II!

22.01.2022 Prep D and Miss Emma led us in an amazing Courtyard Prayer today. This is the first time these Preppies have read in front of the entire school. They did a wonderful job of reminding us to love the way God made us.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to our 2020 graduating Year 6 students! We are so proud of these wonderful young people and the leadership they've shown this year. They have shown strength and resilience through a difficult year and we are blessed to have had such great young leaders. A special congratulations to our Anne Hutchins award winners - we are very proud of both of these students. They've earned the respect of their peers and teachers and it was wonderful to recognise their efforts... with this special award. Thank you to Mrs Cook, Mrs Lindeman, Miss Sergiacomi and Miss Fox for all of the work they did to prepare our students for our special graduation ceremony. Thank you also to Father John and Father Gasper for leading us in prayer. We are grateful for the staff who worked behind the scenes setting up furniture and running our sound equipment. It was wonderful to be able to celebrate this special day with families. See more

22.01.2022 On Monday, the St Patrick’s Rugby League team won the 2020 COVID Cup in the Bundaberg Primary School Rugby League competition. They defeated Woongarra 30 - 12 in the Division 1 Grand Final played at Kepnock State High School. The game was a fantastic team effort with all players contributing towards the win. The competition has been played over the last 5 weeks and co-ordinated by Jason Shears from Woongarra SS, who along with his many helpers, has had to comply with a vast ...range of COVID related regulations. Thank you, Jason, for all your efforts to allow students in the District to play Rugby League this term. Also, a huge shout out to Mr Plumb and Mr Peebles. Their efforts to prepare and manage the St Patrick’s team over the last five weeks has been very much appreciated by our students and the school community. We are truly blessed to have you both on our staff. The team simply loved the experience. See more

15.01.2022 What an incredible Day Two we had on Year 6 camp! The weather was just glorious and we learnt lots about the natural features and history of K'gari (Fraser Island) from our wonderful drivers and guides Paul and Warren. We visited Central Station as well as the eastern coast and the S.S Maheno wreck.

14.01.2022 Today, on Courtyard Prayer, Prep S and Miss Lucy celebrated that God made us all unique and special. The students were so excited to speak for the first time in front of the whole school. They did a fantastic job of leading us in prayer.

13.01.2022 1G and Mrs Green led us in Prayer this week. They helped us to remember that our environment is a precious gift. We praised God for the gift of creation and prayed for help to look after our beautiful planet. It was a wonderful way to start each day this week.

13.01.2022 It was just lovely to see lots of familiar faces and some new ones joining our school community for our first day of school. We managed to capture a little of what was going on in classrooms yesterday. Watch this space for images of our Preppies too.

11.01.2022 This morning we gathered to thank Mrs. Cathy Wilson for her dedicated service to our school. Mrs. Wilson’s response was a beautifully articulate thank you - one which encapsulated what it means to teach and to be a part of a school community. Please take a moment to read it. When I tell people about my next adventure in life, the word I hear the most often is ‘brave’. This has really struck me, as it’s not a word I use to describe myself. We all carry around a mental image of...Continue reading

08.01.2022 Today we started year six camp in Maryborough. We were led by a wonderful group of volunteers who guided our students along the very impressive and informative Fraser Coast Military Trail and Maryborough Military and Colonial museum. We all learnt so much about more about our history and the amazing sacrifices so many made during the wars. Our students had a ball at the waterslide and water park before a delicious dinner prepared by the wonderful staff at Camp Pialba. A movie screening just for us finished off a fabulous day!

07.01.2022 This morning some wonderful Year 6 volunteers led the whole school community in prayer for the first time this year. The prayer reminded us of the wonderful gifts that God has given us. We were encouraged to use our gifts generously and usefully as we strive to do our best this school year, to make it one full of learning and laughter.
