24.01.2022 Wednesday, 16th September saw twelve excited St Paul’s Year 6 students compete in the Catholic Schools Touch Football Challenge. We started the day with a close win against Sacred Heart 2 from Yeppoon. Although, the team had to wait four more games to achieve another win this time beating St Joseph’s Wandal. With the support of the helpful parents, Mrs Shepherd and Mrs Schluter, plus the enthusiasm and teamwork from the students, the day was very enjoyable. Great job, team!

24.01.2022 Reinforced Reading At St Paul’s this year, we have been implementing MiniLit and MacqLit to improve students reading ability. To get maximum results from this program it is recommended our students receive 10 - 15 minutes of follow up, one-on-one, reading throughout the week with an adult. We are hoping to run reinforced reading sessions with parent helpers from 2pm to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, with students in Years 3 to 6. If you would like to assist next term, could you please complete the following survey. A roster will be sent out early next term. I would like to thank all the parents who have volunteered this term and we hope to see you again in Term 4. https://forms.gle/bMpCdBCB9saeAYTb8

Grey hair, pearls, curlers, walking sticks, glasses, walking frames and even a letter from the Queen were the order of the day. Well done everyone!!
