14.01.2022 En garde! Today one of our Year 6 students became the teacher and introduced her sport of fencing to the rest of her class. She took them through the protective equipment mask that she needs to wear, the scoring , the different footwork and stances that participants are required to master and allowed students the opportunity to try first hand how to hold the sword . What a fabulous opportunity for students to learn something new from their peer.
