Packed full of goodness this smoothie energises for the day ahead as well as improving bone density an...d preventing muscle wastage. Combine with eggs or salmon and avocado for a compete breakfast 1/2 green apple, chopped with skin (100g) 100 g pineapple chunks 1 big handful baby spinach leaves ( 1 cup 35 g) 100 g small cucumber Lebanesese 1 small stick 50 g celery, chopped 1 whole lemon, peeled and chopped or 2 limes. small sprig mint small sprig parsley leaves 1 small slither ginger 1 cup water + extra if needed 1/2 cup ice
