01.01.2022 According to the Victorian Premier’s plan to ease us out of restrictions we should be able to resume indoor exercise from Monday 9th November. However this won’t be confirmed until Sunday the 8th and some information regarding specific requirements isn’t yet available. Consequently, for the week starting Monday 9th, we will continue with the timetable as its been running for the last few weeks, but hopefully the PT sessions will be indoors.
