28.04.2022 LAST DAY OF THE YEAR That snuck around quick Just a reminder I will be on holidays from this afternoon and retuning on the 19th of January. I will be away from emails and social media during this time so apologies in advance for delayed responses. As always, email is the best form of contact for booking requests and changes as I’ll see these when I am back. 17.04.2022 5 YEARS OF STACEE MARIE BROWS The last year by far has been the most challenging, yet most rewarding! 3 extra lockdowns, 1 additional business, 17 sold out masterclasses, 8 private classes and 1 onstage expo presentation Thank you to all of my beautiful clients (special shout out to the day one’s that never miss a beat and trusted me in 2016 with 3 photos on a Facebook page ). You give me so much fulfilment and our catch ups are by far my favourite part of my job. So m...any of you have become close friends and I’m forever grateful for the support you all show As always an extra thanks to Kelly and the team @elitesalonsupplies - We would all be hairy without you girls, and there’s no one that pushes me more than Kel Forever grateful for all the industry friends and my amazing family that have supported me on the way - this shit is hard and you’re all in my corner. 10.04.2022 SOME UPDATES FOR 2022 PRICE INCREASE: As of the 1st January 2022, there will be a slight price increase on brow styling services. This comes as a result of the severe price increase on salon disposables over the last 18 months, as well as continuous education and the further introduction of premium products to service my clients to the highest standard. The SMB website will be updated closer to the date to avoid confusion, however as always please message me for any questio...ns. NEW CLIENTS: The long awaited return for those that have yet to sit in my chair is here! I have a VERY limited number of openings for new clients in the new year now that a lot of my beauties have had their brows tattooed. Please note, these appointments are only valid for weekday, day time appointments and unfortunately won’t be able to be booked after hours. New clients that are interested please complete the appointment request form on my website. I have contacted a large number on my waitlist (please feel free to email again if you are now available in the week), or send again if I have missed you. 04.03.2022 One whole year of @workofarch_ My second baby along side SMB what a whirlwind the last 12 months have been in the training world! Over 130 students between private 1:1 lessons (with girls flying interstate ) and who knows how many sold out classes - or oversold - with my favourites at Elite Salon Supplies & Training Centre... Thank you all for the HUGE amount of support. I absolutely love meeting beauty gurus from all over WA and beyond to share my knowledge and passion of our ever growing industry. You all blow me away with your talent and the way all of my students take on feedback shows how eager they are to continue to grow for their clients. A special shout-out to Kelly and the team. You ladies push me to new limits I didn’t know I had but we smash it everytime. I couldn’t do this without you all! Making everyone’s salons a Work of Arch SMB x

22.01.2022 UPDATE TIME I’ve been a busy lady with clients and over at @workofarch_ but the long awaited update is finally here.... Ombré brow tattooing will finally be able to be booked in mid March! I will be finalising details over the coming weeks and will have further information early March. Bookings will be available to SMB clients before opening to the public - if you’re interested, please submit interest via the booking form on my website and I will contact you as the time... gets closer Speaking of March, bookings are open (as are April). I will be away from the 3rd March and back in salon on the 9th. Final update: Unfortunately trucks and tradies have taken over the street - parking is a nightmare at the salon! On the opposite corner to my home is a small park with a parking area only a 30 second walk away. If there is no room outside my house or to avoid getting blocked in or a nail in your tyre (so sorry to those that have had this ) please park here! Please continue to keep the driveway free for my partner to come and go. If you’d like a picture of the area send me a message! 22.01.2022 HEY FRIENDS! Just wanting to share a few updates with you all before the silly season officially starts. This may answer a few questions regarding appointments and the salon so will save it here on my page for easy access. A friendly reminder that I am no longer taking new clients for brow and lash services. Unfortunately at this stage it does not look to change in the near future however you can be added to the waitlist by emailing.... 2020 is currently fully booked and all available appointments are posted on social media first. There is no waitlist as it becomes difficult to manage with everyone’s availability. With the opening of the WA border on 14th November, just a reminder that all appointments must be attended alone. Guests including children of all ages are not permitted in the salon. If anyone in your household has returned from a quarantine state I too ask that you reschedule your appointment for this quarantine period for the safety of myself, my family and my other clients. January appointments will be opened in the coming weeks so don’t stress! You haven’t missed out - an email will come around closer to December. The salon will be closed from Wednesday 23rd December and reopen on Tuesday 19th January. And most importantly it’s less than a week until my massive giveaway any ideas what it might be? SMB x

19.01.2022 JESUS SZN The final clients, students and masterclasses have been completed for 2020 The most stressful yet rewarding year to date. MANY tears and worries kept me up at night in the lead up to lockdown, but that precious time was spent rebranding SMB for a fresh new look (well, as fresh as dark and moody will ever get ) and getting to know so many other amazing artists that I now call some of my favourite people.... Those people pushed and supported me to launch my baby @workofarch_ and boy I was VERY hesitant about doing so (major shoutout to my right hand ladies at @elitesalonsupplies for some subtle pushing ), encouraged me to get into the tattoo game, all whilst having my strongest and largest growth in this year of business, closing off my client books, moving into my new salon and most importantly hosting the inaugural Brow & Bublè along side my one and only @tatu_chelseasmith I just love you! I will be on holidays until the 18th January for some much needed rest with family and friends. Thank you to all of these amazing girls for coming and being so lovely to one another on such short notice Chels and I are already so excited to start planning 2021! 06.01.2022 CANCELLATION POLICY Your time is valuable, as is mine. Due to business growth, the following cancellation policy will now apply to all bookings effective immediately.... By scheduling an appointment with SMB, you agree to the following T&C’s. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: * I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and reschedules. This allows me an opportunity to offer your spot to another client. As I am only me, I am usually fully booked up to 2 weeks in advanced, especially for after hours and weekend appointments. * Failure to provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment will result in a 50% non refundable deposit required to secure your next appointment. This deposit must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time or the appointment slot will be allocated to another client. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment cost. NO SHOWS: * Failure to provide notice of not attending your appointment will result in the above deposit being required for future appointments, as well as ‘No Show’ charge of 100% of your missed appointment cost. This payment and deposit must be received 24 hours prior to your appointment time to secure your booking. ***To accomodate the notice period required, SMS reminders will now be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment time**** I understand that at times there are genuine reasons for cancelling with short notice and I have been extremely understanding and accommodating in these cases! However, I don’t appreciate time wasters and repeat offenders - it only takes 2 minutes to send a quick text!
