16.01.2022 Had a big cheat meal for lunch, thanks to @eddiesgrubhouse For dinner I needed some vitamins! A fresh delicious plate of veg and salad & Hummus.... I quite often enjoy this for dinner, so yum, and so satisfying, and because you get to spend so much time chewing and eating, ( satisfying like a big bowl of chips) it gets your digestive juices going and promotes healthy digestion and breakdown of foods and better mineral absorption. A good practice of mindful eating. And a nice balance to a delicious burger! Making good choices! A good healthy balance !



16.01.2022 Super easy protein pancakes! Realistically, they never turn out round and pretty, they are always like a smash. But they taste amazing and are super guilt free and tong you down like traditional pancakes. I even added PB to it! So yummo! ... Ingredients 3 eggs 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 2 medium bananas Purée in a blender. Then oil a hot pan and cook pancakes till golden. Serve with 1/2 cup raspberries or blueberries fresh or frozen 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt Or Mayvers Roast Peanut butter

Strength training is the way to go, to tone up, lose unwanted body fat and build lean muscle, and increase your metabolism and improve your health. Ang here has been with me for years now. Every time we knuckle down and commit to a small challenge, she makes bigger changes, Even though we are doing this for lifestyle, and every week. A challenge helps to cement the healthy habits . And present new opportunities. Yet again Ang a#has had incredible results And you don’t need to check the scales . A loss of 1.7kg body weight But it’s all from body fat and more. 1.8kg of body fat. We not only retained muscle mass but increased it by 100gtams. This is what we are trying to achieve, Replace body fat with lean muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. 10.01.2022 Again, you can’t look at the scales and determine your success on that. Strength training, walking, regular good quality food intake and consistency is all you need to focus on. Carly here is an amazing example of a full time working mother, who really has NO TIME! But!!! She has a no excuses attitude,. ... Carly gets up and does here training early Walks at every opportunity , even parks the car the farthest away to add more steps to her day Prepares her weeks worth of meals to take to work, including planning her snacks. When out forced out for lunch Carly has been. making excellent food choices, and sharing her success with our private support FB group so we can all celebrate these choices and new created habits together. We lift each other and support each other. We are a community of women who understand the hurdles of life we all face, and we face it together! Great Job Carls 2020 has been incredible for you! 06.01.2022 Rows are a strength Training exercise that mimics the movement of rowing a boat. The goal is to strengthen the muscles that bring the arms toward the body, as well as those that move the shoulder blades toward the spine. There are many variations of the Row exercise. There is the traditional seated row, the upright row, and the bent-over row. One variation of a Bent-over row is the T-Bar Row. Which Muscles are worked in the T-Bar Row exercise?... The target muscle is the latissimus dorsi. Additionally, this exercise works all the major back muscles teres major, trapezius and erector spinae. The movement also works the shoulders and the pulling muscles in your arms, biceps, The stabilizers include the abdominals, hamstrings, and glutes. Carly has had a tremendous 2020, I will dig into her full journey in another post, however A lot of things have been at play here, and Carly has been super diligent at planning her meals, daily and for the whole week, ... Choosing healthier options when on the road in her full time job, Also turning up to training every day and giving to 100% Increasing her strength and muscle mass, Not too mention being nominated by all the girls for her lovely and kind, fun spirit and she is inspirational for the way she can time manage and runs household and work full time and still be getting her steps in, training, and eating her prepared meals. Parking the car further at away and taking the stairs and choosing at every choice to make a plan and change for the better and her future, To be able to run around with her daughter and live a more active life . In only 10 weeks, Carly has lost a staggering 5.5% of her total body weight, all from body FAT She has most importantly dropped 3 visceral fat points, which is so healthy and taking the pressure off the organs. All while gaining some good lean muscle mass. Carly you deserve this win!
