22.01.2022 It’s a big week this week and it’s not over yet! A lot of first attempts and some old designs making an entrance! So, here’s Part 1:
19.01.2022 Aww to be 21 again I got to make this beautiful creation for Macey The exterior is buttercream with chocolate drip. The macaroons I painted rose gold and Macey’s letters. Adding some gold leaf, piping detail and meringue kisses! The flowers I got from Spotlight and Kmart. Such an elegant cake
18.01.2022 My Very First Castle Cake I loved every moment of creating this one! Mitch brought the unicorns with him when he picked up so I could place them for him. The entire castle is strawberry cake covered in pettinice white rolled icing. The pillars or columns if you will haha are cupboard covered in icing with pink covered waffle cones for the toppers it took a while to get the detail right and make everything fit neatly together, but I’m super pumped and super proud Hopefully it makes the birthday girl very happy!

05.01.2022 Happy Recovery Day After Christmas I got to do some decorating this morning and I’m loving my ladybug I hope everyone had a great day yesterday and Santa was good to you!
01.01.2022 The Sharky Cake I’m getting a little better with fondant decorations, it can just be so tricky sometimes to work with. I really enjoyed doing this cake, the exterior of the base is buttercream, I first applied a teal then once it was set, I added drops of blue and blended in with the teal. Topped off with a white chocolate drip, some pearl drops in white and silver, then finished off with assorted fondant decorations. ... I used a mould for the seahorse and starfish! The other I just made The birthday loved it and that’s all that matters!
