We want mums to u...nderstand that their body will never be the same again and that ‘going back to’ or judging ourselves by comparing to our old body or someone else’s body is not helpful. We want women to find a sense of self worth within and THEN do whatever the f&*k they want with their body from a place of self LOVE So we will never, ever, ask you to strive for something that was.
