24.01.2022 SPRING HAS SPRING! September is my favourite month of the entire year! Whats yours ?... Its my month to focus on being "self full" as I plan a few special things to hobour my body for another year of health in my mind, body and spirit so each day i will share with you my daily mindful challenge...feel free to follow along yourself and pop a pic in the comments too Day 1 Make yourself a cuppa and find a peaceful place to any and enjoy it.... not skull it! I chose out the back yard in the sun under a tree to watch/listen to the birds with my journal in which I note 3 good things that happened that day (Im doing yesterday as i usally do this just before i go to bed but feel asleep early last night) Today I have my morning coffee and will spike my last month full with a drop of doTERRA On Guard Protective blend. Other days I add a drop of BERGAMOT to my regular black tea or lemon to my green tea.

Yes I am enjoying the last few years of my 30s Yes I may have a few more wrinkles here and rolls there but I feel so at peace.... 10.01.2022 FOCUS ON DETOXIFYING OPTION 1 DIY BATH WITH ZENDOCRINE As a part of my cleansing focus till the end of September, today I was inspired by my friends DIY Detoxifying bath mix. Sadly i do not have a bath so I will have to resort to a foot soak... The recipe combines 100grams of Bentonite Clay, Epsom Salts, Himalayan Salts and Sodium bicarb with 40-60 drops of Zendocrine. Mix it all together in a large jar and scoop out 1 cup into a running bath of warm water. You need to then chill out and soak for 20-30 mins... interruped... man wouldnt that just bliss! It never happens in my house Zendocrine detoxifying essential oil blend combines Rosemary, Cilantro, and Juniper Berry, which make a great flavouring to add to water to complement your healthy lifestyle. 08.01.2022 FOR THOSE FOLLOWING AT HOME ... Some months back you may remember i fell off my bike smashing my face on the road hurting my pride more than my body. Well today I finally got my chipped front tooth fixed (just in time for my birthday i might add) and they mentioned a few other concerns to be aware off.
