20.01.2022 Absolutely in awe of @maeleo.photography ‘s talent and eye photo shoots are really such an amazing form of self love! Before this shoot I was starting to feel down about the weight I have put on and the new stretch marks I’ve noticed; getting stuck in a cycle of detrimental thinking and self esteem issues arising once more. ... Nothing beats the raw image captured by a film camera; this shoot was just what I needed to remind myself how strong I am, physically and emotionally. That I can overcome these negative thought patterns, that I can appreciate and love my body in its different stages thank you Hannah for your work and soul, very grateful!

These pieces on my stomach and chest are deeply routed in feminine energy; Kolam being traditionally only created by Indian women, and having them completely intuitively created for me by @gunga_ma made them even more powerful. 18.01.2022 Bella hasn’t been coping overly well with her anger lately, since the birth of her brother Lyra. She’s been so affectionate and good with him, yet can’t seem to grasp the notion of sharing mum and dad’s attention. I’m so grateful to have found the anger webinar from @the_reconnected even just watching it once I am able to understand my reactions to her reactions and how to better work together as a family and learn to be a better human for myself and my family. Highly recommend this little webinar, it’s affordable and well worth the time photography by @maeleophotography @ Sunshine Coast Hinterlands

I’m so grateful to have you back, after many lives together, I have fallen even more in love. Welcomed in the most beautiful way, I’m so grateful to have birthed him at home, drug free within 6 hours. 09.01.2022 Only a month left to go my little Lyra sol since starting to receive Sol Symbols in my channellings, I have realised they are derived from my learnings in Sekhem energy work. ... I checked in with baby one day, he showed me the Sol symbol of his own soul; a symbol that felt so raw and powerful to me immediately, that when I searched for the meanings within, I realised just how perfect that symbol is for his birth and my own rebirth. One example in this piece is the potent coming forth of the symbol of infinity, tcheru that is used and highly regarded in the practice of Sekhem. The symbol is an ancient representation of the cycles of life and the infinite divinity of nature and life itself the karmic and dharmic cycles.

I had never really thought about her birthday being something I should celebrate for myself too but this year I have embraced that it’s just as an important day for me as it is for her. 02.01.2022 Lately I’ve been trying so hard to hold onto love for my pregnant body. But it has been truly hard when sickness is constant, exhaustion is constant and moving is just a challenge. I’m so grateful for this journey of motherhood and all it is teaching me, but I’m even more grateful for my body being strong; strong enough to endure and die time again to be reborn into someone stronger and wiser. who else is missing the warm weather?! photo of little bump Lyra by @jade.piper
