24.01.2022 I think my stress for 2020 may be a tad high I love Dutch testing so much that I did my own, but I'm not sure I love the result as much. It most definitely shines a light on the areas I need work on. Anyone else think their Dhea might look like mine?



11.01.2022 It's not just about the hours you sleep at night - however that is still very important but it's about the quality of sleep you are getting. Deep sleep also known as NREM sleep needs to be something we focus more on - NREM is the time in which our brain moves information from short term memory into long term memory which frees up space in short term memory for the next day. Have you considered tracking your sleep quality?
