Drivers detected with an alcohol reading of between 0.05 and 0.08 now have their licence automatically suspended and receive a $572 on-the-spot fine. 06.01.2022 The NSW Court of Appeal has ordered an insurer to pay $450,000 in workers compensation to the children of a woman who was killed by her de facto partner while working from home.
