25.01.2022 We welcome our 2 new members Jen & Guillaume. Whilst Jen grew up in Perth swimming, Guillaume grew up playing soccer near Lake Geneva Switzerland. Perth is now home & they are enjoying being part of our club, building their fitness in a supportive environment & enjoying a coffee with everyone after. Welcome you two!!

09.01.2022 LEARN TO SWIM CLASSES FOR ADULTS BACKGROUND It is well known that many adult non-swimmers have had an early-in-life traumatic experience in water or have been brought up in an area where swimming was not an option.... This specialised course has been designed to combine the concept of physical principles of motor control in water, used in hydrotherapy, and the basic methods of swim teaching. The Stadium Masters swim course will help you to feel safe in the water and become confident to learn the principles of watermanship and basic swim skill acquisition. STADIUM MASTERS SWIM COURSE Six one-hour sessions over three weeks at Claremont Aquatic Centre, Davies Rd, Claremont on Tuesday and Thursday 1 2pm beginning Tuesday 10th January 2017 The course co-ordinator is retired Olympic Physio and Masters Coach Stuart Gray. Please make us aware of any medical or physical condition that might affect your progression or safety. 02.01.2022 Get set for the next Club Swim on this Saturday 7th March. The Club swim is in preparation for the upcoming Melville LLCC. The sign-up sheet is in the cage. The events offered will be the same as for those offered at the Melville LLCC. The Club Swim will be held at the HBF 10 lane pool. Warm up will be 1.00 pm with races starting at 1.30 pm. Sign up and keep training.

02.01.2022 Thanks to Elena from eSwim for part 2 of our Backstoke clinic. Today added on to our last clinic, we focused on our rhythmic breathing, a constant up up up kick & straight arms. Tricky bit now is to do it all at the same time!! #eswimelena

02.01.2022 We held a very successful fundraiser over the weekend after cooking 576 sausages and 15kgs of onions at our Bunnings Sausage Sizzle. Thanks to Mark for organising the day, keeping supplies stocked and making the day run smoothly. Thanks to all who came along to assist. Good job!

01.01.2022 Pamela completed the 24th Jetty to Jetty Swim at Coogee Beach on the weekend. Perfect conditions, no stingers, shallow - and you can see the bottom all the way. Its a good swim to do if you are thinking of trying an open water swim. Put it in the diary for next year everyone!
