23.01.2022 The bench press challenge was a fun way of testing yourself to see how many reps you could get at 50kgs. 1st prize was a 1kg bucket of protein powder. Saturday was a great turn out with a great vibe and everyone supporting each other to get that win. We would like to thank everyone for commming and having a fun time.

Next comp will be held on the 15-5-2010... challenge number 2, to get the most reps at 75% of your own body weight. winner takes home a 4kg bucket of protien powder and other supplements. guest judge current mister Australian body builder.. members and non members all welcome to enter!
