24.01.2022 Did you know that the Advent wreath is much more than an evergreen wreath. The wreath’s circle shape symbolises God’s eternity, and victory over persecution and... suffering. The pine, holly, and yew traditionally used in the wreath’s construction represents immortality, while the cedar signifies strength and healing. The fruits represent the nourishing of fruitfulness of the Christian life. The seedpods, nuts and pine cones that decorate the wreath symbolise life and resurrection. The wreath as a whole is meant to remind us of both the immortality of our souls and God’s promise of everlasting life to us through Jesus Christ. See more

19.01.2022 One of our youngest parishioners taking great delight in our stable setting. Too adorable.

10.01.2022 Parishes across the Archdiocese of Brisbane are preparing for a Christmas like no other. Despite restrictions surrounding Mass attendance easing, our churches ...are still operating well below normal capacity. This reduced capacity will be especially noticeable at Christmas and means you will have to register your Mass attendance in advance and you may have to think about attending Mass at a different time or place than you are used to. 08.01.2022 With a further easing of restrictions having just been announced we can now re open bookings for the 6pm Vigil Mass on the 24th. Molly Knox and Banjo Cooke will lead our procession as Mary and Joseph and the starring role of baby Jesus has been awarded to the very cute Amelia Gendle. All other parish children are most welcome to come dressed as Angel's and shepherds to also take part in the opening procession. Remember to book in if you haven't already.

03.01.2022 The 6pm vigil is now completely full but room at all the Christmas day masses. Only 8 sleeps to go!
