23.01.2022 2 months of IsoKingupdate This past weekend marks 2 months since we received the news of the ban on public gatherings, the abrupt cancellation of all of our u...pcoming work, and our decision to switch to making work from home office furniture. Thanks to you and your input, over that time we’ve taken 5,000 orders, released over 30 products (see walk through video), and have 50 crew working in 4 states to supply the demand. We’ve also completed many of your requested custom builds including; drum risers for schools, dining tables and production desks, as well as games like ‘corn hole’. Within the coming days we’ll be releasing more of your suggestions, including art easels and scooter stands (I must admit after tripping over my 3 kids’ scooters which seem to get left in front of our front door every damn dayI’m very happy about this one!) So please keep your ideas coming! Very importantly to us we have now donated over $30,000 to Support Act. As you know the event industry was hit hard, and early with the onset of the corona virus, and with large scale events still unlikely to be back for some time, it is likely to be one of the last industries to come out the other side. Support Act are providing amazing support to members of our industry during this very difficult time. With the relaxing of the Iso rules, and the focus on trying to Return to Work, we’ve developed more office specific products in line with the government’s Covid-19 safe work place guidelines. So we’re now supplying modular office desks, partitions, sanitiser stations and acrylic dividers. 14.01.2022 Tab, Mick and I couldn’t be prouder of the team that’s helped us get Stagekings to where it is today, or should I say where it was just days ago. Stagekings, li...ke the entire worldwide event industry, is doing it very tough in the current COVID-19 environment, but letting all of our hard working, loyal staff go is almost too much to bear. So we got to thinking of what we can still do during this time. A suggestion came from an Irish friend at Flying Elephant Productions; we have a CNC Router, and the people to use it, we also now have entire companies, no, industries having to work from home in Isolation. So we have decided to produce work-from-home desks - lets call them Isolation desks, which we’ll deliver Sydney and Melbourne wide at an all inclusive price. They come in 4 pieces, need no tools to assemble, and go together in 30 seconds. Not only will this keep a number of our good crew off the street, but we’ll also be donating $10 from every sale to Support Act - who are supporting music workers impacted by the Corona Virus Pandemic. 12.01.2022 SEASON UPDATE The 2020 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series has been cancelled and we are focusing on an amazing 2021 season! In the light of health conc...erns and advice from the authorities, the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series season has been suspended for 2020. We trust that this decision will be understood and respected by everyone. All efforts and energy are focused on an outstanding 2021 season, when elite divers as well as young up-and-coming talent will once again wow the crowds with their breathtaking free-falls from up to 27m. We remain hopeful of staging a standalone event in Australia in appreciation of our loyal fans and to grant the planet’s finest divers a chance to showcase their supreme acrobatic skills. Red Bull Australia are doing everything they can to be prepared to host the event in Sydney , November 2020. The safety of the public, the divers, the crew and all others involved is the number one priority and, along with government advice, will ultimately determine the possibility of doing so closer to the date. Athletes representing 18 different nations, including reigning champions Rhiannan Iffland and Gary Hunt , will lead the world's oldest extreme sport to new heights in 2021, as the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series returns stronger and ready to inspire fans around the world again.
