He made an analysis on the carpet stain, and then brought in a truly top notch cleaning machine, with large stainless steel extraction wand, and he transformed the carpet. Dan said he has been working as a Carpet technician for over 10 years and his expertise shone through. Having Dan attend today, took a big load of ... stress off us, that's for sure, and it was a real pleasure to deal with a company at the top of it's game, from the start when I first made the call to the gentleman who took my call; to the Carpet Technician who arrived a few minutes early and even rang me to say he was a few minutes away; to the highest standard equipment; the professional analysis on what went wrong with the previous l carpet cleaning, and the confident, and polite manner Dan went about his job today.
