24.01.2022 After the announcements yesterday, we want to let our locals know we will still remain closed from 28 October. We're working through our reopening plan and hope to bring you good news on 9 November. In the meantime we won't be taking any bookings but bear with us, an update is on the way and we'll share our reopening plan with you soon.

18.01.2022 Good afternoon all, Thankyou for the overwhelming amount of phone calls, emails, FB & even instagram messages to make a booking with us again after the government's announcement yesterday. We really love the support by our local community! Unfortunately we need to let all our locals know that sadly we ' on wednesday. We will reopen again when the restrictions on hospitality further ease, to welcome more guests (safely, of course) to bring to life the pub atmo...sphere you've been missing. 04.01.2022 Hi all, Since St Albans is declared as a "HOT" zone. Restrictions have increased to level 3 again. This means we will be closed by the looks of things until end August. As restrictions will need to slowly ease before we get to reopen. PLEASE EVERYONE STAY SAFE! Listen and follow the rules so we get to open sooner than later. We all get to sit and enjoy each other's company again!!... Management.
