Our team is growing, and we currently have an outstanding opportunity for enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter Intern to join our collaborative team. You must be able to commit to an initial 3-month unpaid Internship Program with the view to become permanent. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be essential to the ongoing growth and development of Stalione's HR Unit. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with important stakeholders and employees. You will be the lead point of contact for all key matters, anticipate organizational needs, and work in collaboration across a diverse workforce and you will be provided a company mobile phone and a laptop for work purposes. Key Responsibilities - Source potential candidates from various online channels and recruiting software (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Applicant Tracking System ) - Screen incoming resumes and application forms - Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) - Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests - Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally - Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance - Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances - Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention - Provide HR policy guidance - Identify training needs for teams and individuals Suggest new HR strategies Key Requirements - Able to travel interstate and international - Proven work experience as an HR - Recruiter or similar role - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking - Systems and resume databases - Experience with sourcing techniques - Understanding of referral programs - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Completed or Undertaking Master/BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field Also you will be required to undergo a police clearance after you successfully passed all the interviews.
